I'm so excited to FINALLY introduce to you all a great new program launching this January called The Leigh Tomlinson Wellness Foundational 5! It is a 5-week program designed to help you kickstart your health journey, reset your eating habits and refresh your body and mind. Each class introduces you to a new foundation of health, helping to educate you not only on how to make better eating choices but how to spot healthy foods amongst the junk, read food labels like a champ, navigate the grocery store and get creative at restaurants. I created the program to help clear the confusion about what healthy really means and how to make nutrition work for you. Everyone is different, so by educating you directly on how the body works you can feel empowered to make better choices for yourself. YOU have the power to live a healthy, happy life.
